Talking about stigmas has always been a challenge in the society in which we live in and to live while accepting it is the biggest of all. Naushin Kaipally, the founder of BAARI, uses her skills of embroidery as the voice for her ideologies. In a world full of noises she breaks the barrier of stereotypes by calling it "One Art at a Time" a project which spreads awareness on menstrual health, body positivity, and mental health. While not focusing on how beautiful it is to look outside, she finds beauty within everything she encounters. "Grow Unapologetically" has been one of her most creative yet unique ongoing ideation which focuses on outgrowing the past in discovering everything which makes "YOU".

Naushin is also a design graduate from the college of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India with a forte for Surface Design. She parallelly runs her label of handmade apparel and accessories under BAARI - a brand which focuses on encouraging artisans around the country and adding value to hand made art.
